Added 6 new no-auth no-param surfaces exposing real subnet-relevant data: per-validator-coldkey revenue, live and total executor counts, the latest on-chain set_weights call, marketplace shared config (regional pricing multipliers, default Docker images), and a signed watchtower digest. Excluded generic SaaS scaffolding routes with no subnet-specific data (see gap_notes).
