First maintainer review for SN70. Added website + source-repo surfaces (both verified live). api.nexisgen.ai (the validator API host, backing all 3 existing subnet-api/openapi/data-artifact surfaces) was returning 502 during this pass -- a genuine observed outage, documented in gap_notes rather than removing the surfaces, since their probes are already correctly configured to catch this.
