Snapshot

Reviewed overlay for SN43 using the official Graphite source repository and website. This pass fixed 4 surfaces having no probe config at all -- the registry-wide gap tracked in #5932. Diffed the full Knowledge Graph OpenAPI schema (30 paths): the admin, miners, tasks, and most graph/* routes are 401-gated despite the schema declaring no security scheme; found and added one new genuine no-auth public endpoint, GET /api/v1/graph/data. All 10 surfaces re-verified live.
